Okay...I was actually sleeping a few mins ago in bed with my husband and he had his arm around me. I told him to move his arm and lift up because i wanted to turn around ( i change sides all throughout the night) and he lifted his arm but didnt move. When I flipped around I smashed my face right into his and I slammed my NOSE right into his chin. I felt a crack and i even heard it. It was the GROSSEST noise ever! Its sore..but its not bleeding. How do I know if its broken.?.?.?Health Question & Answer

Put some ice on it, just so it won't swell up. Frozen veggies work great.
If it hurts tomorrow morning, which I think it will, you really should have it looked at by a doctor.

thats just the skin and weird muscle stuff in your nose, if you broke your nose it would be bleeding and if you broke your nose and it wasn't bleeding it would be clogging blood im a 14 yr old guy and we tackle each other and I hear the noise all the time, and not just in my nose my ears too but with my ears it's my cartilage being torn it could be the same with your nose but it's deffenintly not broken and if you still dont beleive me rub your fingers down the bone in the high part of your nose if it is not smooth or straight or has something sticking out it will hurt and for the fact that it hurts its because it's bruised.Health Question & Answer

If you heard a cracking nose your nose is probably broken. Since it is not bleeding it probably is a minor crack. This could potentially hurt REALLY bad soon if you let it swell.

blow your nose really hard and if there is no blood dont worry too much. but something similar happened to me in football and over time my nose got crooked. soo i'd get it checked just in case by ur doc.Health Question & Answer
