hey i had a sore throat yesterday after school then i woke up this morning and it was gone, then in my ladt hour class i got a sore throat again! i feel fine, except my throat is just irritated. do you think it could be allergies or am i getting a cold.?Health Question & Answer

It could be allergies, but I think that it is just a cold. I had a cold on Saturday and it is gone today! So 6 days it took. I took a couple cough drops, but I took a lot of apples to eat because apples really do help, so I would eat some of them unless you have an allergie of apple, which you probably don't have!Health Question & Answer

You probably are getting a cold. Chew some vitamin C tablets, they're good for helping with colds. You could also suck a throat lozenge as well. also, drink some orange juice because there is vit C in orange juice as well.Health Question & Answer

It could be either one. My suggestion would to be to get coughdrops, and eat your vitamin C. Gargle with warm saltwater every few hours, or suck on hard cand, and rest.Health Question & Answer

Either one. I'm not sure. Try some honey in tea. No milk though. It causes phlegm to build up. Avoid yelling or raising your voice.Health Question & Answer
