Question: I have high metabolism, will this disappear when I grow older.?
Yeah, you read the question.. I understand that this is individual, but I've heard that it disappears in the early 20's.. Is this true.? I kinda like having high metabolism :DHealth Question & Answer

Not early 20's but around 30 you start the aging process and indeed your metabolism slows increasingly as you get older.. However, constant exercise can help..Health Question & Answer
