Dancer's Inner Hip Popping?!
Question: Dancer's Inner Hip Popping.?
Usually after I wake up and before I go to bed I could essentially push my knees down to the floor while lying down and my inner hip (between the inner thigh and testis area--excuse my bluntness) pop.. It became habit like cracking my knuckles.. However, recently I've been able to do it more often.. If I stand parallel, then turn out one knee and thrust my pelvis forward I can get it to pop.. It's like I just keep pushing until finally it gives.. Is this normal.? I have to do it usually because if I don't it will limit my range of motion.. Health Question & Answer

Same thing with me in my thigh as well as with my back.. I am a gymnast and cant even do a backwalkover without popping two places in my back.. I dont really understand it.. Im sorry I dont have an answer for you.. It does become a habit.. Health Question & Answer
