Question: I am taking prednisone for my asthma and I feel amazing - why.?
I have had some breathing trouble and my doctor gave me a shot yesterday and pills for the rest of the week.. I feel amazing.. I can hardly sleep but feel just incredible.. I cannot believe how much I have gotten done - how focused I am.. My apartment has never been cleaner - I do not have anything else to clean so I am probably will be up all night playing wii.. Any idea why it makes you so revved up and feel so great.?.?.?Health Question & Answer

you are on steroids.. literally.. I occasionally need them for medical condition but I love this temporary phase.. Steroids are a interim treatment and are not healthy for continued use.. they will lower your immune system and affect major organs with long term use..
