Why does having a shower make you feel better when sick?!


Question: Why does having a shower make you feel better when sick.?
I am sick at the moment, yet when i have a shower i feel like normal, but the second i get out of the shower i feel sick again..........

probably because of the steam, it helps open up ur sinuses.. sinuses clog up ur head etc.. u can try the old get a bowl, fill it with lightly steaming water, put towel over the head thing.. (like on tv)Health Question & Answer
