I'dsay listen to your mom on this one.. :) If it continues to get worse, or stays this way for more than a few days, go ahead and call your doctor, just to check on things.. Try not to stress yourself out, or it'll just make things worse, trust me!

Random tidbit: Once I was in the ER of a hospital (sick sister) and our little area was right by the nurses station.... Anyway, I overheard one of the nurses hang up a phone and say to another nurse, "ANOTHER person calling thinking they have a brain tumor after watching last night's Grey's Anatomy...." You gotta love TV induced hypochondria~!Health Question & Answer

The most common symptoms include headaches, which can be most severe in the morning; nausea or vomiting, which can be most severe in the morning; seizures or convulsions; difficulty thinking, speaking, or finding words; personality changes; weakness or paralysis in one part or one side of the body; loss of balance; vision changes; confusion and disorientation; and memory loss.. Different parts of the brain control different functions, so symptoms will vary depending on the tumor's location..

It's hard to tell because everyone is different, it depends what part of the brain it is in and how big it is among other things.. The brain is to complex for a complete stranger to hear your symptoms and give an accurate answer..

It doesn't sound like a tumor to me, but I honestly can't tell you..

My best advice is not to worry too much.. Take an anti inflammatory like advil, for muscle pain.. And take a tylenol (not another anti inflammatory!) for the head ache.. Make sure you take food before these because they can be hard on your stomach.. It could very well be your period.. Or a combination of things.. Have a good sleep too.. If these problems persist however, then you need to see a doctor about them..

REMAIN CALM.. Just because you have a headache doesn't mean you have a brain tumor.. Oh, and did u ask your mom if you think you have a brain tumor.?.?.?.? Becuase that is highly unlikely from one headache and muscle aches.. Talk to your mom and try to take it easy for a while.. Watch TV or get a little snack.. If your doing your friday night homework, take a break and just do it the next day [ if you can] I hope my advice helps for I am no doctor.. Oh, and enjoy your weekend!!!! :}Health Question & Answer

its kind of unlikely if you do and this is a first its prob very small but see the next couple of days if things get worse go to the doctor........also try to see if it is ur period........sometimes i kinda get like that too so its prob just like a passing thingHealth Question & Answer

Tell your mom to take you to the hospital/dr's.. just to be on the safe side.. They can tell you what it is and what it isn'tHealth Question & Answer

Odds are that you don't have a brain tumor..

Your mom may be right......but if it continues go see a doctor and rule out the brain tumor, and other possibilities..Health Question & Answer

I've had three brain tumors.. Seriously.. I had headaches like you would not believe.. But I never spaced out.. And my muscles never ached.. I promise..Health Question & Answer
