The best thing you can do is put some cover up on it, then pop it when you get home, clean your face with proactive (or another face wash) and put some zit cream on it.. I do this every time I have a pimple, and it's gone in two days.. (barely there on the first)Health Question & Answer
try not to eat any fatty gresy foods or sweet foods i..e (chocolate).. eat more fruit and veg, and also try drinking about 6 - 8 glasses of water a day, also wash your face twice a day with soap and water and cleansing wipes, if you do this you should see an improvement.. Health Question & Answer
