Question: Help please i feel reallly sick.?
ok so i smoked too much hookah and i already threw up twice i know im really stupid for smoking it in the first place but i need help in how to make my self feel better what do i do.?

This usually only happens under 2 scenarios.. Over stuffed stomach and no food in your stomach.. Usually smoking a high nicotine content shisha can do this.. I have done it once.. Best thing in the world for it.. Mint Water.. It will calm you stomach and rehydrate you.. Second best would be water and plain ole peppermints..Health Question & Answer
