Sounds like your eyes are dry & strained.. Rinse your face & closed eyes with cold water..
Use saline eye drops......they should help..

I'm not sure your question......though I think it is because of lack of liquids being produced in the eye.. Clear eye may work, and Milk helps the eye, it's pretty cool, If you put a drop of milk in your eye it works exsactly like some eye mosturizers..Health Question & Answer
