It is absolutely healthy to eat when it comes out of the plant.. I wouldn't eat it out of the bottle though, because that has other stuff in it like denatured alcohol (which makes you go blind) menthol (which gives you diarrhea) and all sorts of chemicals that work as preservatives and/or are used to treat burns..Health Question & Answer

I'm not sure what you're talking about.. The gel.? Well there are aloe vera drinks with chunky pieces of aloe in there.. It's pretty good.. They also come in different flavors.. :]
