Question: Im worried......my mom keeps getting headaches constant.?
everyday she would get headaches...... its rarely when she would not get one.. today her body is aching everywhere and i know she is really worried about the family restaurant business that we have because its not going well.. and last time she had a headache and started throwing up........and no shes not pregnant O..o she doesnt want to go to doctor ether......so any ideas that would or might help her a little.? :'(Health Question & Answer

She is probably stressed which can cause many health problems.. You are just a kid so there are only so many things you can do.. Try your best to help around the house by cleaning up, doing your homework, and helping with brothers or sisters..
Migraine headaches can cause you to throw up.. It might be a good idea for her to go to the doctor to make sure there is nothing else going on.. She probably has tried new headache meds but if she hasn't it might help to try something new..
also she might not be getting the proper vitamins and minerals her body needs.. I advise her to take a multivitamin..
