for the past 2 nights ive been only sleeping 3 hours. no caffeine. no caffeine cravings. no sugar, no drugs, nothing. it really sucks not being able to get enough sleep because school just started up again and i should be getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night. i can only hope that tonight i sleep more than that, but how can i be sure.? am i developing insomnia.? can this be solved by poppin some sleeping pills.?Health Question & Answer

I get into bouts like you have. For 3 weeks straight, I could have a good 7-9 hours of sleep, and then one night out of no where, I have a night where I go to bed at 11PM and can't get to sleep until 5AM! I had one night where I couldn't sleep at all. Its crazy, but usually the next night I am so tired I get 7-9 hours. Try taking 25 to 50MG benadryl pills.
