Most people only need 7 or 8 hours but some people actually need 9 or 10 hours. More than 10 hours is generally regarded as too much.

Yeah it is. Because it had a tendency to cause me to stay awake at night two nights in a row. And that was just from getting almost 3 whole days of sleep. Don't risk it unless your pregnant.Health Question & Answer
