I sneeze in a pattern of two, as do most I believe. I've met people that, once it's initiated, can't stop for the life of them, they sneeze like 15 times in a row. It's very consistent amongst people too. Some sneeze once and are fine, some people have ear-piercing sneezes and scream when they sneeze. Others make very little sound but sneeze a lot. Why is that! I usually sneeze in 2s....as do I think most people. I have a relatively normal sounding sneeze, sometimes depending where I am I might try to stifle a sneeze by pressing on my upper lip. (It works most of time).
I think when people really sneeze a lot of times, they are reacting to something that has irritated their nasal passages.
