Hi, I don't know if it's 'normal' but I'm the same way. I really like going outside at night, it feels sort of safer to me, like I can be by myself without hiding, although I know most people are more afraid of the dark. I also really like evening and being outside in the rain.
In general I would say we just have different associations than the majority of people, which just makes it different, not wrong. I think a lot of that is just learned culturally, similar to how girls tend to like pink more than boys.
If this is something that bothers you a lot you may have some sort of medical condition making light uncomfortable to you. I don't necessarily mean something extreme, but some people have sensitivities to bright light, I had that from CFS for a while, although my preference for dark was before that.
Unless it is really a problem for you or other people, I wouldn't worry about it, your just unique!
