I got given pennicilin today because i have tonsillitis
however on sunday i have a gig and i want to get wasted

Penicillin is not affected by alcohol, nor is their any interaction between it and alcohol. However you do risk brain, liver and gastrointestinal damage due to the alcohol alone.Health Question & Answer
you can get all types of side effects from the more subtle to the more extreme. Your tablets might not work as they should and you could in extreme cases hemorrhage. If you drink only a little and make sure you take the tablets a good few hours before you should be okay but to be really sure of no side effects stay off the booze till your off the tablets, then after go for your booze up.
