Question: Really Need Help! Easy points!.?
I am 13 and i always have trouble going to sleep at night, so i take 1 Excedrin pm probably 4 times a week. is this really bad.? are there any ways to fall asleep easier.? i never eat Sugar or drink caffeine before bed, so that isn't it....

WoW 13....we really need to find a solution! you are wayyyy to young to be taking pills to fall asleep that many times a week. I would suggest reading something while in bed it will relax you. If your up because you're worrying about something you should get a journal it really helps. or talk to someone. I would also suggeswtv a nice hot shower it calms the muscles. well i have had insomnia since the end of forevers begining and i used to use a generic sleep aid from walmart and it used to do the trick.Health Question & Answer

i dont think it is that bad, but u sound young and healthy so that all sounds unnecessary. maybe read a book or something, that always makes me tired. get more exercise during the day. Health Question & Answer

don't exercise two hours before bed...
don't eat 2 hours before
don't take excedren
play music a clock radio on low timed for an hour....
have the lights out
have a comfortable bed...
relax
