Question: Can really bad stress and internalizing feelings cause damage to your organs.?
I have alot of physical problems and mental problems, I internalize all my feelings and cant get over something that happened 3 years ago
I also have physical problems as I know I have an enlarged spleen and I suspect something might be wrong with my heart and perhaps my prostate as I have increased urination

Stress depletes the immune system which in turn can possible do damage to your organs.
Stress also raises blood pressure which isn't ideal at all.
Try drinking chamomile tea (except if you have a rag weed allergy)
And L-Theanine works wonders as well.It is an amino acid that you can find at a local health food store..it helps with anxiety and stress.
Just remember that resolving the issues as best as you can will help reduce these feelings greatly.
