Question: I've just been for a diving medical, the nurse found a small amount of blood in my urine. Should I be concered.?
I went for a routine medical and the nurse said she found a small amount of blood in my urine, it was only detectable under the microscope. She said it wasn't anything to worry about but now I'm a little concerned. What could it be.? Should I go back and get checked out again.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
I think you should visit a doctor and have him examine you as blood in urine is not normal, but yet not life threatening. Health Question & Answer

no. it sounds fine. They only get concerned if it is a lot and they can tell by the urine dip stick test turning a brown color on the urine part. If it was only detectable with a microscope I wouldn't worry at all.Health Question & Answer

I would only be concerned if you're having pain urinating or if it is hard to go.Health Question & Answer
