Well if this is serious I guess I will try and help you. If you can't get up because you are in pain, ring an ambulance. If you can't get up because you have problems are you are elderly then maybe a ring a friend for some else or again ring an ambulance.

try reaching the phone to call someone. how are you able to reach your computer, that's not important. try getting to your cell phone, or something. make loud noises so maybe your neighbors can hear. everyone has the noisy neighbor who tries to hear everything. maybe they'll come in handy now.
