Not sure you could by just twisting alone. At least not for a while. The neck would snap pretty quick and the person would be dead but the flesh would still be connected and the head could be twisted around a good number of times without breaking the skin. You might need to twist and pull in order to break the neck and remove the head. Health Question & Answer
