Recently this is what happened...
I woke up and after a little while of just laying there, i tried to move but my body was paralyzed, all i could move was my head. And there was a weird buzzing sound/feeling in my ear. I lifted my head up and then tried to move completely but couldn't. and when I put my head down my whole body started convulsing. It happened twice this morning and really freaked me out. Answers:
there is a condition where you can become paralyzed while your between waking up and sleeping but you wouldn't start convulsing, sounds like a some type of a seizure. you should see a doctor.Health Question & Answer
