Any Idea What These Symptoms Mean?!
Question: Any Idea What These Symptoms Mean.?
*light headache. (Last night i did have a migraine)
*dizziness (This started while I was laying on my back and looked up to the wall behind me. Now it seems when i move my head around or lay it starts up for a few seconds.)
*not sure if its my nerves or what but i got kind of hot after wards.
I have drank water today. Not alot but some. Might drink some more. I have eaten as well. Earlier when i laid down and this started I napped for like 30 minutes and it seemed better so i dont know what it is.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
**Please no ask your doc either. Thats a given. im just looking for ideas now**
Thanks!

It does sound like some symptoms I had when I was dehydrated. I also have this feeling for about 24-36 hours after a migraine. I would suggest drinking water or gatorade (about 32-64 ounces) then getting some restful sleep. Health Question & Answer

ear infectionHealth Question & Answer
You probably have debris in your middle ear. If moving your head causes dizziness, that's often what causes it. It can be corrected with a series of head maneuvers, but I don't know what these maneuvers are called. You could also have labyrinthitis, which is a middle ear infection. The headache is probably caused by the same thing. It often goes away on its own. If lasts more than a few days or you start getting nauseous or can't stand up, it is time to see a doctor. However, not all docs know about the head maneuvers, and the only other treatment is a drug called Antivert, which doesn't really work very well.Health Question & Answer
