the back of my shoulders and the top of my back are hurting on and off. my chest has been hurting on and off too. i kind of feel out of breath when i talk. what's going on.?Health Question & Answer

I'm no expert, but it sounds like your spine may be out of alignment. Add stress to that, and I often end up with something similar to what you're describing. If you've been under a lot of stress recently, try to take it easy for awhile. Just relax.
If you can go to a chiropractor, they can usually help - some aren't too great, but a good one can really help. Main thing is just try to relax and drink more water too - sounds stupid, but it helps your muscles lose their soreness.Health Question & Answer
