Okay, Usually when i have a Fever, my mother tells me that when i go to sleep, not to cover myself because i know when someone has a fever they are really cold when they are not covered with a blanket. Don't cover yourself, eat cold stuff like icecream, ice pop, stuff like that, try to be cold not hot, and try getting a medicine for the fever such as "Tylenol".Trust me, by doing this, your fever will be healed faster than you can say "a blink of an eye".Health Question & Answer

Sorry :( but you can't rush your body, best thing to do is get lots of fluids and rest, if you absolutely can't get rest, still drink lots of water, and use symptom relieving medications to get through the day.Health Question & Answer
