Does anyone else get this feeling?!
Question: Does anyone else get this feeling.?
Whenever I get really scared I feel like I'm not actually there I can barely explain it! Like when I went to this haunted house at arasapha farms I got that feeling and it sort of felt like I was in a dream but idk. also when I sneeze like 12 times in a row it happens but goes away fast.
Does anyone else know what I mean.?.?
Why is this happening.?.?.?!.?!

I know what you mean.
It's called depersonalization. You feel like things are not real & feel detached from yourself...like a spectator. It most often occurs with feeling anxious. If you can get yourself to take some deep breathes, it will go away faster.
As for it happening when you sneeze, I can only guess that you might be hyperventilating after so many sneezes...that can make you feel weird.
Again, try to take deep SLOW breaths.Health Question & Answer

yeah i know what you mean. i went to a concert recently and it was my fave band in the whole world. i was shaking when i was there, but when they came on, it felt surreal and the concert lasted about 5 minutes in my head, but in reality it was like 2 & a half hours.Health Question & Answer
