also, I heard these are found in restraunts....are kids "not allowed" in them. And is there a certain age where you "can" use them in a restraunt.

Are they illegal for teens to use.?

There are hookah bars, yes. Hookah's are designed to smoke flavored tobacco...the normal laws apply to that, 18 and up. However, you can buy a hookah at any head shop and smoke whatever you want out of it... Again, in order to go into a head shop you gotta be 18. 21 in some states.
