Question: Upper stomach pain came out of nowhere.?

I woke up this morning with this strange upper stomach pains. it hurts pretty bad when i take a full breath in and when i'm sitting up or coming up from laying down to sit up. i can mostly fell it when i breath in. i don't feel sick like vomiting or anything like that. its a bit tender to push on also. i'm seventeen female i taking the pill ,a multivitamin ,iron pills and cranberry pills. any idea what this.?
