Headaches during hot days?!
Question: Headaches during hot days.?
I am a teenager, and i have some bad headaches at times. I get them when it's hot out and i run or even use energy to jog. They usually go away after awhile. I did have a sinus infection awhile ago, so i am pretty sure this is all my sinus' doing. Should i be worried.? I mean all the signs point to it being a part of my sinus', right.? I just get scared because they hurt right in my temples, near my eyes, and sometimes some sinus pressure in the back of my head. But like i said, only when i am outside or over working myself. Please, tell me if i should worry or if this is normal.Health Question & Answer

I used to have that same problem when I worked at Six Flags Theme Park. I would be outside all day long and would always have headaches. I found that dehydration was the main cause of it, and had to drink plenty of fluids to help sustain my headache and body. Make sure that you are drinking a lot of fluids and make sure that at least 90% of the fluids is water. If you do that, then you'll be fine, and much healthier. God Bless!Health Question & Answer
