When is the best time to take a shower?!

Question: When is the best time to take a shower.?
some people say night time because you get rid of all the germs you get during the day.

others say morning time because you get rid of all the germs, etc you get while you sleep. (and it wakes you up)

I say, as soon as you get home, and in the morning when you wake up.

am i right.?
whats a better solution.?Health Question & Answer

I personally feel that it's best to shower right before going to bed. This way when I go to bed I am clean, my bed is clean, and when I wake up I am still clean. I do not start to accumulate germs until I go to school (same with work). When I come home, I still might do some running around.

I don't see the point of showering in the morning if showering right before you go to bed yields the same result (that you're still clean before going to school/ work). However, showering before you go to bed vs. in the morning will also keep your bed clean, and you can be clean a few extra hours (the time during which you are sleeping).Health Question & Answer

I don't really like showering twice in one day because it takes too much time, wastes water, and dries out your skin. I shower right before bed, it's just more convenient.

also, I wouldn't be too worried about showering to remove "germs". You shower to wash away sweat and dirt and body oils. If you are concerned about germs than just wash your hands more frequently.Health Question & Answer

I'd say the morning also. While you sleep, you tend to sweat a little, even if you're not moving so you might have taken a shower at night but you're not exactly your "freshest." Health Question & Answer
