Why is my vein thick?!
Question: Why is my vein thick.?
Last week I was playing basketball and I got elbowed pretty hard on my hip. Yesterday I noticed a light bruise on the spot, but when I touched I felt something tick inside that spot. It felt like a vein or something of the sort. Could the hit have swollen my vein or does anyone have any idea what this is.? The "vein"( I'll call it a vein because I have no clue what it is) isn't HUGE but it's thick enough for me to feel it. It doesn't show any bulging through my skin. i'm not a doc but it sounds like a hemotoma, or a blood tumor, that is bleeding into the tissues
