Question: How can I gain 20 lbs.?
I'm almost 22 years old & I only weigh112 lbs. I'm 5'7". I just gave birth 6 months ago and I've lost what I began with before pregnancy and more. I weighed 120 pre-pregnancy and I got up to 143 during pregnancy. I don't exercise at all. I'm naturally small and the most I've ever weighed other than pregnancy was 125 lbs. I just don't want to be underweight so, I was just wondering what are some good ways to put on 15-20 lbs.? I was told by a GNC store associate that 100% whey protein would help, is this true.?Health Question & Answer

You do need to exercise, join a gym or YWCA somewhere. Your body does not see a need to gain any weight because you are doing anything. Try some running or fast walking on a regular basis, a couple of miles daily will tell your body to start packing on some stored energy. You will eat more and be more healthy overall.
No a 100% protein diet is not good. A balanced diet is much better, pile on some carbs.
I suggest 10 lbs would be plenty of weight to gain for you.
