Cold hands and feet=warm heart! Maybe its circulation problems or maybe its just cold where you live at moment. Why not get a medical exam and thats sure to pinpoint the problem, either medical or central heating.Health Question & Answer
im the same usually at night when i get tired as blood thins then and so bad circulation. do what im doing get underfloor heating lol
