try 15-20 minutes of cardio soon after waking up. also eat a good healthy breakfast, eggs can be really helpful. a small glass of juice and maybe a piece of whole grain toast and fruit. that would be an ideal start for any morning. :)
to add: a hot shower MAY help if you are used to this in the morning, but usually heat is more likely to induce sleepiness. try a lukewarm shower instead, warm enough to be comfortable but cool enough to wake you up...also something that helps me is when i take a normal shower in the morning and then turn off the hot and let pure cold water wash over me before i turn off the shower. this can help shrink pores and make your hair more shiny too. :)Health Question & Answer
