Answers:
People can often feel their tail bone or coccyx. Your skin, fat, muscle, etc is what's moving around.
Are you thin.? It usually hurts more with thin people.

The pus part sounds like a boil which is a lump that gets infected from an ingrown hairs. Buttocks are a common area.

You can try to treat it yourself by applying hot compresses made from hot salt water for 5 minutes at a time. Wash boil 3X/day. Make sure you wash your hands. Put on an antibiotic & cover.
Don't squeeze, it can spread the infection.

You can also go to your MD who can open it...it will relieve the pain.
