Why do hospital ER's freak out when you want to sit there just in case, and refuse to get registered?!
Question: Why do hospital ER's freak out when you want to sit there just in case, and refuse to get registered.?
Is it because they're afraid that something's seriously wrong with you, and if you refuse to get seen then they're liable for you and can get in trouble.?
I have chronic asthma and huge fear issues stemming from that and anxiety attacks, so sometimes i go to an ER emergency room just to feel safe, like a safe place to take my meds, and I never even thought that was a dumb thing to do.Health Question & Answer

I think you should register with them, explain about your fear and anxiety and ask to see a counsellor or psychiatrist who can help you to deal with those issues in a more effective way. Clogging up emergency rooms 'just in case' is not rational behaviour and can even be dangerous.Health Question & Answer
