Some are good& some are not. It depends upon the leadership,the state of mind of the caretakers,right on down the line. It is pitiful at times to see some of them not knowing what they are doing or where they are. Just existing.Health Question & Answer
I think they're awful. You can only have so many clothes and things. You have to share your room with 1 or 2 other people. Sickness, no privacy at all. And some nurses are abusive/neglectful. I will never send my mom to one. I'll take care of her when that time comes. My grandmother hated being in one. Plus they suck all your money dry. My grandmother went in with 50,000 in her bank account. It was gone within 2 years.Health Question & Answer
I don't like them, they are understaffed and underpaid. I don't think that the residents get the type of care they deserve. Health Question & Answer
