Answers:
Midol contains the pain reliever Naproxen sodium which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. The same ingredient as Aleve. Sometimes, if one pain reliever isn't working, another one will so go ahead and try the Midol. Health Question & Answer

midol is a lot different because its specifically designed to help period problems. it has a chemichal in it that takes away cramps but it also takes away bloating which causes cramps. i take it all the time. im not for sure about the headache part tho because i never get headaches while im on my period. but it does help on most people some have different body reactions though. so you could try it and if it does work it will help alotHealth Question & Answer

Midol is targeted for Menstrual pains, and it works after a couple of hours. Don't expect an immediate improvement, but it will most likely have better results than a regular ibuprofen.Health Question & Answer
