i do enjoy the sun
but i rarely if ever lay out in the sun as i don't tan well
so i've never seen the point
i bet that's a blessing in disguise for me
although sometimes i do go tanning
i know it's not good for me
BUT it makes me feel better emotionally

Yes and yes buddy ....... i don't however go out in the midday sun and i try to get safe sun exposure ..... i don't last long though ... say 20 minutes ...... all that beautifull vitamin D makes my brain feel so fine.
