There is a stronger tablet that cleans you out ,given to patients pre operatively and maybe your dr will give you that.? OTC meds are maybe not worth taking, definately see your Dr asap as if you are suffering this way, and it is not your usual pattern, you should have your abdomen examined to check the intestine feels normal and normal bowels sounds can be heard through her stethoscope etc. take careHealth Question & Answer
Chemical laxatives are not the answer! FIBER..and plenty of it!.Eat a bowl of Fiber One with a banana every morning and an apple every afternoon. You will have large bowl movement without cramps or gas.
