I'm terrible at waking up!?!


Question: I'm terrible at waking up!.?
Okay, i am Absolutely rubbish at waking up, and when i go to secondary school my bus will leave at 7:25!!! and alarm clocks rarely work for me cuz i just turn them off and go back to sleep! so can someone help me wake easier, since i'll have to wake up at 6:30!Health Question & Answer


Answers:
You should set your alarm (if thi is possible with your alarm, if not just use your cell phone alarm or something like that)
Set it at 6:00 , 6:10, 6:20, and 6:30.
That way, each time when you wake up for a few seconds it makes sure you won't have any problems at 6:30

I am exactly the same way. When I set my alarm clock to wake up early - it wakes me up - but then I just turn it off and go back to bed, I don't even press the snooze button lol. So that's why I don't set my alarm clock anymore.

But anyways, you can try getting a louder alarm clock or one that is hard or impossible to turn off, maybe if its loud enough it'll wake you up to where you're not tired anymore. also try going to bed earlier so you're not tired when your alarm clock wakes you up. You should try to get at least 8 hours of sleep.

for one ot two weeks set your alarm for 6:00 or 5:45 and get up when that wakes you make sure somebody makes sure you are awake then the weeks after that set it back to normal 6:30 and your body should think that you are having a lye-in and you should wake up or just go to sleep with your curtains open both work for me and i used to be really late for schoolHealth Question & Answer
