Question: Is there anything that I can do or buy that will make my scars go away.?

I have many scars from self harm when I was younger. I'm trying to get into the Military but just found out that because of my scars they wont let me in. I really want to get in, really, really badly. My plans for after high school all revolved around the military. I feel like all my dreams have been shattered....
