She just came back from a friends. they were acting suspicious and avoiding straight answers whena asked where she was...she came out 30 min. later with her clothes all misplaced corner of her lips foaming, glazed over eyes. she threw up on the sink and she keeps trying to run away and go to sleep. when pressed she says its not her friends' fault because my mom wants to go report them to the police. she says she drank a cup of alcohol and juice just to try it. we are wondering if it is just that that can cause this, or if she's on a drug. she is acting very strangely...

yes a full cup of vodka or whiskey could make someone act drunk and stupid like your sister. Glazed eyes are a sign of being drunk. Health Question & Answer
Take a look at her eyes, smell her clothes. If she says she was drinking then that's probably what she took in, question is whether or not she was only drinking. The vomiting sounds like she was drinking. Ive never known weed or booze to cauze foaming at the mouth. Sounds like shes on something pretty serious. Make her take an "at home" drug test and see what comes up. If she refuses, you know it was more the a little bit of alcohol.Health Question & Answer
