Question: How to recover from just a few hours of sleep.?
Last night I couldn't fall asleep until like 2:30 am and I had to get up at six. I am so exhausted today! What can I do to get through the day without being so tired.? I don't want to overdo it on caffeine, it makes me shakey. Health Question & Answer

I didn't go to bed till around 4 and i got up at 7 to go work out. You may not feel like working out when you don't get a lot of sleep, but it really wakes you up and makes you feel really good. For me, it gives me somewhat of a natural "high." I love getting up and working out but, its not for everyone i guess. Don't drink caffeine and all those energy drinks because they aren't good for you. I can't really recommend anything because i usually only need about 2 hours of sleep to be ready for the day. But you should try jogging, going to the gym, anything in the morning. It really does help.Health Question & Answer

if you didnt get up long ago, try drinking a full bottle of water, it maekes me more alert, i do this every morning, it helps you focus... idk if it'll wake you up though... hope this helps Health Question & Answer
