I swell up all the time all over hands, feet , face, and stomach?!

You don't say how tall or how old you are.
Have you been eating properly.? You weigh very little.
Losing a lot of weight can lead to organ damage, hypotension and oedema.
Arthritic conditions can cause swelling, as can hormone imbalance and allergy.
You really should talk to a doctor, we can only speculate what might be wrong, but something obviously is not right.
