I cant sleep its 3 am ?!


Question: I cant sleep its 3 am .?
i worked 9 hours today and most of them was on my feet.I cant sleep.I dont understand.when i try to sleep i keep thinking about what im going to do tommorrow.What is something i can take to sleep.?something good possible non addictingHealth Question & Answer
