also I know this might sound weird but my grandma used to do it all the time and her colds never lasted long....put a bit of Vic vaporub on the soles of your feet and wear socks....they say that the feet are the control panel for the body...the menthol will help sweat out the infection.

lots of vit C hot green tea with 2 halls n it and black lickerish and it works but it don't taste good. honey has a lot of anti viral stuff in it to good luck and get better
