i took adderall about 4 days ago and i am not subscribed to it. it was the 4th and last time i have a abused it. and while i was on it i expierenced chest pain. and the pain has not gone away. i have not told anyone about the pain except a couple friends. will this go away on its own or should i see a doctor.?Health Question & Answer

Chest pain is a sign of high blood pressure which is considered a serious side effect of Adderall. But, that should have gone away once the medicine wore off. What is just plain Adderall, or was it Adderall XR... and how much did you take.?
