For the past 2-3 days, I have this horrible headache ( I am 22 and never ever get headaches ) ..so it's very unusual for me. And these headaches are like on each side of my head and it hurts so badly. Last night it hurt so badly, I cried. It almost feels like my head is throbbing. And I wake up this morning, and I don't know but I'm so sensitive to light. I had to close all the lights in my house and all the blinds..Just looking outside in the brightness and my head hurts so badly. I feel just horrible in general. I look pale as a ghost, I feel lightheaded. I ate breakfast but I just feel so bad. I barely have energy, just extreme fatigue. I called my doctor and I have an appointment Friday but I am just hurting so badly. Anyone know what it can be .?Health Question & Answer

It sounds like you have a migraine headache. When I get them the only thing I can do is try to sleep through it. I have medicine to take for it that the doctor gave me. It seems to help a little. I hope you feel better soon. If you get to bad, try going to an immediate med or the ER. They can be very painful. I sometimes have to get a Phenergan and Immitrex shot for mine at the doctor's office.Health Question & Answer
Theres nothing you can do but wait for your appointment and keep getting rest. Take some migraine strength headache medicine. Put a cold pack on your head and lie in a dark room. Try to relax. Being on the computer is only going to hurt your head more!Health Question & Answer
